Jeff Weiss is the EVP of Sales at ClauseMatch, located in the United States. We recently sat down with Jeff to learn about his role at ClauseMatch and hear about the exciting growth of the US team.
I am the EVP of Sales. My role is to lead the sales organization in the US and build a team focused on growth in both the SMB and Enterprise market as well as expanding relationships with existing clients.
Previously, I worked in the Ethics and Compliance space for over 15 years in various roles ranging from Sales leader to General Manager to CEO.
And prior to joining ClauseMatch, I led the US sales team for a global Managed Service Provider focused on supporting Fortune 500 companies.
ClauseMatch has a unique solution to creating and managing policies that no other company has been able to deliver. It solves the problem of keeping all policies, procedures, and controls up to date as regulations and associated obligations change. I felt that ClauseMatch had the right solution at the right time and was truly different from all Policy Management solutions available in the market today.
1.) Helping drive the rapid growth of our US team has been my most memorable experience. We have added the best of the best in each role and continue to attract top talent.
2.) Recently, our US team hosted an in-person strategic planning meeting. It was not only a great opportunity to meet everyone and work towards a shared goal, but we literally proved that our US team is fearless. Prior to our strategic planning meeting, we hosted an event at the U.S. National Whitewater Center in Charlotte, NC. Our entire team, including those afraid of heights, stepped off a 100-foot platform. Needless to say, we proved our US team can overcome any challenges.
Strap in as it is a wild ride! Our company is growing quickly – This is an exciting time to join the team and make a tremendous impact on the organization!
I enjoy spending time with my fantastic family and friends. Now that the weather is warm, I like to get outside and play tennis. I volunteer at numerous organizations, like Habitat for Humanity and other church related philanthropies.
